Hello, everyone! This is Carole, from PyroKinetic - Fire In Motion. Jason (Talon) and I are regularly approached for paying gig opportunities, but we have existing commitments that prevent us from taking gigs that have been offered to us at this time.
If any of you are up for paying gigs in the Dallas/Ft. Worth/North Texas and surrounding areas, please send me your contact info with the following data:
1) Fire performance history - list gigs, previous/current group or solo status
2) Equipment skills - poi, staff, whip, fire fingers, fire
eater/breather, contact, etc.
3) Insurance status - are you currently insured?
4) Safety data - do you provide your own safety personnel/equipment, or do you need it provided for you?
5) Expected compensation - do you charge hourly, by the performance,or other?
Most of these gigs are in the Dallas metro area, but some are in
other regions; please specify your home area when replying.

Sun, March 13, 2005 - 3:38 PMHello, I sent a reply to this some time ago, and never heard anything back. Part of me is wondering if this was just a way to find out what everyone else charges... If this is the case, you could have asked. I feel that we should all know that information anyways, to avoid price undercutting and unhealthy competition. However due to lack of response I'm not sure where this post is coming from, and the fact that it is still up makes me think again... This is not meant as inflammatory, but I am curious. Response appreciated, if appropriate.
