I'm hosting a thursday night spin. Its free and and low calorie. I'm teaching poi(single chainwhip and fire eating too if interested) stuff and learning as well. the fountain at los feliz and riversid by I5...thursday at 5:00. As more people show up we'll work around schedules. This isn't a space to light up ...so we'll look for some places as things progress!!!!
